We have 2 options available for our header lines; private label our 50 state Legal ZR line, or produce your own unique line of headers.

For our private label option, you would be taking on our ZR Header line and adding your own logo and packaging to it. Our dyno-proven ZR Headers are constructed of solid T304 Stainless Steel, and have passed the rigorous testing required by the California Air Resources Board in order to obtain their CARB EO#. ZR Headers come with all required bolts, gaskets, o2 sensor extension wires, and instructions required for installation. Minor cosmetic modifications can be made without interfering with CARB regulations.

If you opt for us to produce your own brand of header instead, your options increase considerably. Outside of having a wider selection of applications available, you would be free to use other grades of stainless steel, or switch material completely to chrome or ceramic coat. Painting and powder coat would also still be an option, along with custom logo printing or embossing.

Performance wise, more options would be available as well. Sensor holes can be produced with an optional plug to increase the amount of applications one header will fit. Sensor holes can also be moved or removed to optimize the header for whatever environment you will use the headers in. Certain diameters could also be increased to accommodate stronger engines.

In addition, custom and new applications can be produced with the appropriate samples and technical information. Product exclusive contracts can require a minimum order quantity in addition to one time molding fee charges.
