Taking inspiration from JDM turbo aspirated filter systems, we designed a line of stainless steel micromesh filters for use with our short ram and cold air intakes. Compared to cotton, stainless steel creates a more aggressive intake noise, similar to the metallic hiss of a turbo system. Also, besides looking better, stainless steel filters are more durable, and much easier to clean.

Our existing molds allow for diameter choices from 2.25” to 4.5” for our standard filters, and 0.5” for our one-of-a-kind stainless steel breather. We have three different options for tops including closed and open styles. The top and bottoms can be painted or finished as per your specification, and your logo could be printed or embossed as well. Likewise, the mesh can also be personalized from the standard style to a tighter multiple-pleat style.

Changes to length can also be accommodated easily, so long as the tops and bottoms remain the same. The same goes for the diameter sizes of the rubber boot to a reasonable extent. Any more dramatic changes, or completely new applications can also be created with the appropriate technical information and molding fees.
